Magnet material coating equipment is a single coating production equipment based on the principle of magnetron sputtering, which is mainly used to coat various coating films on magnet materials.

The magnet continuous line equipment occupies an area of 18 meters × 6 meters × 2.5 meters, including the main machine of the production line and the vacuum unit (excluding the area occupied by the surrounding personnel operation space, water treatment equipment, etc.). The maximum size of the equipment production base plate is 1400× 1330×20, the whole machine adopts double-end layout, including inlet and outlet valves, coating section, inlet and outlet chamber, loading and unloading table, and the workpiece adopts horizontal conveying mode. The width of the process well site of the production line is 700mm, and the well site of the entire coating section adopts a modular design. The structure and size of all well sites are the same, which facilitates the replacement of cathode positions and adapts to different process requirements.


Equipment advantages:
The whole machine adopts a single layout, including a feed room, an ion cleaning room, a coating process room, a cooling room, a discharge room, and an upper and lower table. The boxes are individually equipped with a set of transmission and conveying system, and are equipped with a separate frequency conversion motor for independent control.
Another major advantage of the equipment is that it has an automatic flip function. When the magnetic material is coated on one side, a new material tray will drop above the raw material tray, and the magnetic material will be clamped with the material tray and then automatically flipped onto the new material tray surface. The pan is lowered to the lower rail car and transported to the beginning of the continuous line equipment for the coating process. This automatic flip function greatly reduces the manual labor of the operator and greatly improves the work efficiency.
