The hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plate equipment developed and manufactured by our company adopts a one-button automatic coating control system and a comprehensive alarm protection system, which can realize one-button operation and improve production efficiency. Equipped with an integral drag-out turret (electric type), which greatly improves the tooling efficiency of the electrode plate. The vacuum system adopts the imported brand air pump unit to provide a good and stable vacuum environment for the equipment. Imported bias power supply is used to assist the film layer particles to quickly and effectively attach to the workpiece and improve the film layer bonding force. Our company has a reserve of imported arc technology, and cooperated with Dalian University of Technology Three-Beam Laboratory to further experiment and develop an extended magnetic mirror to filter the arc source (see the figure below), which further reduces droplets by more than 30%, and the deposition rate can reach 0.5μm/h, to ensure the quality of the thin layer.
